When Gabrielle and Matthew first came to us about filming their wedding, it felt so comfortable since we had done several of their family and friend’s films in years past. It certainly can make things a little easier by having an established relationship and knowing some of the key people who will be important on that day.
With Gabrielle and Matthew, they chose to have their reception on the front yard of Matt’s parent’s house in Scranton. I really loved the clear-top tent, the cocktail hour around the swimming pool, and the dance party at night. There is just something really special about having a wedding right at home and it provided the best backdrop on a gorgeous summer day. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention Gabrielle’s custom Monique Lhuillier dress, a masterpiece that captured her ethereal beauty, sophistication, and radiant glow. Writing about it doesn’t do justice – just watch their film to see for yourself. One impactful part of their film was when Gabrielle did a dress reveal with all her nieces and nephews. All of the children, dressed to the nines, were in awe when she walked into the room. What an incredible moment!

Later, as they walked down the aisle together as a married couple, hearts swelled with a profound sense of happiness. Their infant son, carried by Matthew, added an extra touch of sweetness to the moment. The depth of their bond was evident in that very instant, as they embarked on a journey of shared dreams and lifelong partnership. We were proud to be a part of this celebration and special day in their lives. Congratulations to you both!
