Luxurious Tented Wedding

Jane & Patrick's

I always say – a wedding film has the potential to be much more than just a wedding film. I think it’s evident in all the films we produce that we try our hardest to incorporate some kind of storyline. We don’t go around trying to make something up, or make it more than it is. Though, your wedding day is the perfect opportunity to preserve these times; it’s a day in your life with all your favorite people and things. It’s just natural that emotions run high, and I think it’s such a beautiful thing when couples can be vulnerable with us and allow us to capture their true, authentic selves.

Jane and Patrick had an incredible backyard wedding – I’ve never seen such an elaborate setup. It was like they created a whole venue right in the middle of a field. My favorite thing is how this film documented love in all it’s forms. Between newlyweds. Between family and friends. Between their new golden retriever puppy, Ripple.

It was about the love of a rock band called the Grateful Dead. The love and passion for baking and a giant cake, designed by Jane herself. This film showed us that the recipe for love calls for a mix of everything that is good – combining fundamental values, a sprinkle of laughter, a dash of compassion, and garnish with some patience and forgiveness. Enjoy life. Respect others. Laugh often. Love deeply. That’s all the ingredients you need, and your love will not fade away.

this film was also about memories of people who are no longer with us.
